Rule 131
Discussion on Annual Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure
(1) In order to hold a general discussion on the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure, the chairman shall, in consultation with the Prime Minister or any other minister designated by him in his absence, set a day and time period. (3) The discussion as per sub-rule (2) shall be started with the statement of the Finance Minister and the Finance Minister will give the answers to the questions raised in the same at the end of the discussion.
